Description
When certifying documents the solicitor will sign and stamp every page of the company’s memorandum and articles of association and the single page of the certificate of incorporation. A certified copy of the certificate of good standing is possible if the original which Companies House issues it photocopied and then legalised.
This service is useful as a means of quick legal verification where a foreign branch of a UK company is asked to provide proof that the incorporation documents presented are genuine duplicates of the original items.
The cost of postage is not charged when the certified documents are dispatched to a UK mainland address. Postage to other destinations is chargeable at rates based on the Royal Mail tariffs.
Our solicitor is a partner in a national law practice and experienced in matters related to the verification and certification of company incorporation documents. As a registered member of the UK Law Society, the exemplary credentials of both the person and the legal practice can be viewed and substantiality by the Law Society and its website.
We believe that this provides evidence beyond question to any party viewing the documents that the procedures followed and the merit and professionalism of the person providing the certification has the requisite qualifications and authority to do so.
