The apostilled Good Standing Certificate (also known as a certificate of Incumbency) can include any information available on the company register including directors’ names, service addresses, dates of birth, secretaries names, shareholder details including individual shareholdings, company registered office address and any objects of the company.
Unless specified we will include some of the above information of the certificate as standard. If specific details are required, these can be stated in the “additional Information” box as you process through the online ordering system.
The Good Standing certificate is signed by the Registrar of Companies and dated. The apostille will bear the official seal of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and be signed and dated by an authorised representative of the Government body.
