A certificate of good standing can contain any information which is stored at Companies House. By default we will request that all available details are included so that the relevant body is fully satisfied with the document.
This will include information about the director, secretary (if one is appointed) and the nominal share capital issued and authorised.
If any of these details are not required please specify these in the “Additional Information” field which present on the order information part of the checkout.
We can also have your certificate of good standing notarised and apostilled should this be required.
The express same day service provides a Certificate of Good Standing usually within 24 hours. As soon as we receive it, we will post it to you by First Class mail anywhere in the world.
