The prices stated may be subject to change without prior notice. Where payments are to be made on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis, we will endeavour to provide four weeks notice of any changes in price.
Supply of Goods
Where a purchase requires us to send an item to you, we will endeavour to dispatch it to you within seven working days. We accept no liability for items which are lost, delayed or otherwise tampered with in transit and it will be at our sole discretion whether we send replacement items. In no circumstances will we consider such replacements where the dispatch date was one month or more before we received notification.
Offline Purchases
Complete Formations is an online company and as such reserves the right to only accept payments made via the internet. Our primary method of taking online payments is through Worldpay and all customers should expect to use this means when making a purchase.
We will, at our discretion, provide other means by which amounts can be remitted to us. In such circumstances we will not despatch any goods or perform any services until we have verified that any such amounts have been received and cleared in our bank. Where we permit alternative means of payment, we reserve the right to change the method by which any further amounts are paid to us at ant time.
