How our Same Day Change of Company Name works:
On receiving your order for the same day service we will email you a completed special resolution which will require the shareholder's signature.
You can then scan and email the signed document back to us and we will then prepare the alterations to the company’s memorandum and articles of association.
Provided we receive your email by 12 noon, we will personally deliver your application to Companies House and thus ensure that the change of name is completed on that day.
