Description
The administrative company restoration service applies to UK companies which have been dissolved within six years at the date the application is made.
The service covers our preparation of the relevant restoration documents, a report on any outstanding filing requirements and any fees and penalties which might have to be paid in order to successfully reinstate the company.
The application is subject to the discretion of the Registrar of Companies and we can not guarantee that an individual application will result in the successful restoration of a company.
We will do out best to provide a realistic analysis of the likelihood of a particular submission being accepted and leading to the eventual restoring of the company.
