A subscriber is another name for a shareholder.
All private limited companies require that each of these positions is filled and a successful business incorporation will only occur once this has been completed.
On clicking on the link, a page similar to the one here will be displayed and in order to make one the required appointments, you should enter through the area which is highlighted.

Appointment Type
This area requires you to choose the type of appointment you wish to make.
Our system allows you to appoint a person or company as a director, secretary and subscriber at the same time if you wish to do this.
Action Point:
Click on the appropriate box or boxes which correspond with the type of appointment you wish to make.
If, for example, you wanted to appoint someone as a director and shareholder, you would make sure that both of these boxes are ticked.
Person or Company
The area requires that you specific whether or not the appointee is a person (man or woman) or another company.
If is possible for one company to be a director, secretary or shareholder of another company, but not of itself.
