Logging In

In order to use the company administration section you are required to login using the username and password which you selected at the time of purchase.

These details would have been entered by you at the screen as shown in this link. Your username would have also been emailed to you and therefore consult your email (including any spam folders) if you are unsure. The subject line of the email would be “Complete Formations Company Application Pending – Your Company Name”.

Once you know your login details you should go to:

Company Admin

Once you have successfully logged on you will see the screen as shown here where you can view and print your invoice, begin entering details about your new company or make changes to an already registered company.

Initial Set-up of Your Company

Having selected a name and package for your new company, you will want to appoint your directors, secretary, allocate shares and progress through the other options which are available before sending your application off to Companies House for registration.

This guide has been written to take you through the process step by step. There is a great level of detail in this document as it has been compiled on the assumption that this is the first time you are forming a company.

Those who have already incorporated a business previously might be able to skip certain stages of this guide and may use it as a checklist and reference.

The company administration section has of course been designed to make it as intuitive and straightforward as possible and it is often the case that the entire process can be completed without any additional help or material.
