Companies House produces Statistics each month covering some of the major elements of its operations. These include company formation statistics which detail the numbers of registrations carried out in a given period and together with other information.
Complete Formations has re-organised certain aspects of these statistics and presented it in a way which demonstrates monthly and seasonal and even yearly trends using both a tabular formation and graphical representations.
The information not only demonstrates the vats number of documents, registrations and other material which is executed by Companies House each month, it also provides an insight in to how corporate UK is growing or contracting.
Certain anticipated budget announcements in March 2006 and 2007 resulted in an increase in company set-up activity with individuals and organisations attempted to register before the projected changes were introduced.
One fairly obvious point to note from the statistics is that the activity and workload is all year round and even though there are periods which are busier than others, there are always a substantial number of transactions and processes being undertaken.
The information contained in the documents will be updated monthly as Companies House produces it reports on the proceeding period’s activities.
