In terms of what happens, that would depend on the particular stage which has been reached in the registration of the company. Below are some solutions which might be available.
Pre Purchase Stage
At any stage up to payment for the company, there is no obligation to continue with the purchase.
By simply navigating away from the site or clicking the back button it is possible to abort any intended transaction without incurring any cost.
Post Purchase - Pre Submission
Following the payment for the company but before it is submitted to Companies House for registration, a clear intention has been made.
It is perfectly permissible to abort the formation process and obtain a refund (subject to a nominal administration charge to cover finance charges and time).
The company would exist on our system and would have to be removed by us.
Post Submission
Changing your mind after the company has been submitted requires that to the entity be dissolved and removed from the official register.
Company dissolution is a service offered by Complete Formations and we can arrange for the necessary documents to be filed accurately and for the process of removing the entity to be initiated.
