1. Purchase Confirmation and Invoice
As soon as payment is made you will be presented with your VAT invoice confirming which items have been bought. An email confirming your purchases will also be sent to you.
The invoice can be printed straight-way or at any time in the future through your Online Company Admin area.
2. Submission Confirmation
Within minutes of submitting your company for incorporation you will receive an email confirming the appointments made for director and secretary and the allocation of shares.
3. Memorandum and Articles of Association
Also contained in the submission confirmation email will be your company’s memorandum and articles of association in Microsoft Word format.
In cases where Word is not installed on your computer you can download a free viewer from the Microsoft website.
4. Confirmation of Companies House Approval
After approximately three working hours following submission you will receive email confirmation from Companies House that you company formation application has been approved.
5. Certificate of Incorporation
The email will contain your PDF certificate of incorporation bearing your new company’s number and registration date.
6. Companies House Authentication Code
In addition to the above, you also receive a Companies House Authentication Code and Form PR1.
Once this simple form has been completed and sent to Companies House it ensures that only authorised persons possessing your unique security code carry out any changes made to your company.

Submissions via our online 288a form usually take between 20 minutes to 3 hours to be processed and confirmed by Companies House.
In addition, we provide you with email conformation within minutes of both the submission of the change and its approval.
