Qoppa Company Formation

The Qoppa package (pronounced Copper) is the first in our selection of UK company incorporation products. It is ideal to use as a dormant company which can, at any stage in the future also be used for trading purposes should you wish.

It provides you with our standard memorandums and articles of association in Microsoft Word format and an electronic certificate of incorporation in PDF format.

The Qoppa, similar to our other UK company formations is usually registered within three hours of being submitted to Companies House. This service is provided as standard and there are no surcharges or additional fees to be paid in order to use this express incorporation feature.

Also provided as part of the Qoppa package is your unique Companies House pin number which can be used with their secure online filing service. We also supply a range of useful forms which are commonly used to administer UK companies.

None of these forms will be required for the actual formation of your company (which is completed entirely online), but they may prove useful in the future should you wish to make any changes.

Our free business banking introduction is available to all customers purchasing a company through us. For HSBC, Barclays and Natwest accounts you can inform us of your interest by selecting the banking option as you proceed through the incorporation process.

For Alliance & Leicester current and deposit accounts, direct applications can be made via the Alliance & Leicester business banking pages.
 
For trading companies, it should be noted that most banks in the UK require a printed certificate of incorporation before they will open a business account for a new company.

If you intend to open a bank account for your company, it is strongly recommended that you choose the Delta, Sigma or Omega package all of which include the printed certificate on the required legal paper and in the correct format.
