The Qoppa package (pronounced Coper) is our basic UK company formation product and can be used for either trading or dormant purposes.
The Qoppa product allows you add additional features to your package from our accessories menu and to create your perfect company formation purchase.
It provides you our standard memorandums and articles of association in Microsoft Word format and an electronic certificate of incorporation in PDF format.
The Qoppa package, as with most of our company incorporations is usually registered with in three hours of being sent to Companies House.
Most banks in the UK required a printed certificate of incorporation before opening a business account for a new company.
If you intend to open a bank account for your company, it is recommended that you choose the Delta package which includes the printed certificate on the required legal paper and format.
