Customers are strongly advised to check their shopping basket items before submitting them for purchase.
A purchase will be deemed to have been completed once a purchaser’s card details have been entered and the electronic response from the relevant bank has confirmed that the card has been accepted for the stated amount.
Once this event has occurred, a sale is deemed to have taken place and the transaction complete. If there are any further tasks which require the purchaser to action, it is this is solely the buyer’s responsibility to complete these steps. This could include the entering of officer appointments, registered office address, share capital and all other required steps necessary in order to form a company.
As with any other computerised system, our facilities may be subject to maintenance, breakdown or temporary fault. We offer no indemnities, assurances, warranties or guarantee whatsoever that our systems will function in the manner prescribed or stated in any of our material or which may be contained in elsewhere.
We accept no liability whatsoever for any consequently loss which results from a system failure whether in part or in total.
Where we are required to perform an action before the incorporation can be submitted, we will endeavour to do so as soon as we able. Customers should be aware that any such actions might take some time to complete, but in situations where we are able to but do not perform the necessary tasks with seven business days (excluding UK public holidays) customers will be entitled to a full refund.
