Form 288C was replaced on 1st October 2011 as part of the new Companies Act. The document is now split into 4 separate Forms in the guise of Forms CH01, CH02, CH03 and CH04, information on which can be viewed by accessing the link above or through the Complete Formation Site Search facilities.

You can use the online form 288c to change changes to the appointments or director or secretary.
Any changes are electronically sent to Companies House for approval and recognition and the confirmed to the sender via email.
In order to make any changes you should first log in to the online company administration section proceed to the main page which lists the acceptances from Companies House.
Next to the company officer who requires an amendment to be made, click on “view details”.
Then from the right hand of the screen which appears select the attribute which requires the alteration.
Once the correction has been made, click on “submit” to send the change request to the registrar of Companies.
An email will be sent to the stated email address in the admin area both at the time of the initial request and up on confirmation that the change has been recorded.
