Form 288c

Form 288c is a Companies House form used by existing directors and secretaries to change their details as contained of the official register.

It is important to note that the Form 288c is not a substitute for Form 288b which is used to notify changes in personnel.

In situations where the same person or company is continuing in their present role within the company but one or more of the details supplied on their original Form 288a have changed, the Form 288c is used to update Companies House of the new information.

Some examples of the kind of changes which could occur are when a director moves to a new residential address or where a company officer marries and takes on their partner’s name.

The 288c form is required to be sent to the Registrar of Companies as is practicable following the change.
