Office Hours
Our standard office hours are: Monday - Friday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm; however we do operate a rota system whereby at least one member of our staff will monitor email communications both in the evenings and at the weekends. You should feel free to email us at these times as, provided we are able, we will respond to your query. The outside office hours extra communication service relates only to email correspondence.
As we are constantly looking to add to the new services, products and information to those we currently provide, and would therefore be happy to receive your comments on any additional items which could be included.
Our two offices are based in Central London and Cardiff, close to Companies House. Our Cardiff office has primary responsibility for providing sales and company formation customer support facilities. If your query relates to these matters we will work to hard to answer your questions as efficiently as possible.
Many of our support staff are trained accountants and are willing and able to help you with on range of general issues.
