A Ready Made Company with VAT Registration

VAT Registration and Bank Account

Some of the primary benefits of ready made and off-the-shelf companies is that it may come with VAT registration and one or more bank accounts. There might of course be a premium to pay for these additional facilities.

Although having these features attached to a ready made company is often seen as a benefit, they can also be categorised as a disadvantage of an off-the-shelf purchase.

Other benefits of ready made companies exist. There values are largely dependent upon the reasons they were initially formed and the particular values of the buyer.

Benefits of Having a Trading History

Another of the primary benefits of ready made and off-the-shelf companies is that they may have a trading history.

A person can purchase a ready made company today which was set-up say three years ago. Anyone carrying out a search of the business would see that it has been in existence for three years. This fact may affect their view as to the stability of that company.

The company search would of course also reveal that the current directors have been recently appointed, but this may not affect the person's judgement of the Business itself.
