Company Faqs is owned by Complete Business Services Limited, which has specifically been setup to provide a range of free advice websites. These sites will include a wide range of business start-up activities including company formation, virtual office, accountancy and tax advisory services.
Our aim in creating Company Faqs is to provide up to date and unbiased information on registering a new company and successfully getting the business off on the right track.
It was always our intension not to provide direct links to any formation agents on the site. However due to the large number of queries we received requesting registration services, it became obvious that this aspect should form part of content.
We have therefore provided some resources which our visitors might wish to use in order to form a company.
The purpose of Company Faqs remains simple; to increase people's awareness and knowledge and to provide information on registering a UK limited company.
As we currently have active businesses involved in setting up limited companies, we do have a wealth of experience in the kind of information and questions which newcomers to company registration might be interested in.
Over the past years we have spoken to literally hundreds of people who have either been thinking about setting up a company or who have already incorporated a business and need to know what to do next.
