Microsoft Word Viewer 2003
- Microsoft Word Viewer 2003 is a free download which enables users to read documents created in the full retail version of the product. It is compatible with both the Windows and Mac versions of the program. This viewer is not a fully functioning product and has only the basic features allowing users to print, open and copy documents. For the more recent 2007 version of Microsoft Word, there is a Compatibility Pack which will enable documents created with this product to be viewed with the Word Viewer 2003 download.
Microsoft Excel Viewer 2003
- Microsoft Excel Viewer 2003 allows spreadsheets to be viewed and printed without having the full commercial product installed. The Viewer is capable of opening Excel documents from all versions from 1997 to 2003 and can translate 2007 spreadsheets with the add-on above. Installation of the Viewer is quite a simple process of running the executable file and following the usual Windows set-up screens. File association is automatic and so clicking on any 2003 spreadsheet should launch the application.
Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer 2007
- Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer 2007, the only Office product with a free 2007 application permits the user to view full slideshows and presentations which have been created in all versions from 1997 to 2007 inclusive. Editing of any file is disabled although the print feature is fully functional. Windows 2000 as above is required to install and run the products whist memory and hard drive space requirements should not be an issue for computers built within the last five years.
- Note: Microsoft PowerPoint is required for viewing the How to Form a Company presentation.
