We ask you to sign a deed of indemnity and then provide you with a power of attorney which is a private agreement showing that you have complete control over the normal secretary duties of the company.
Due to the sensitive nature of holding the position of secretary within a company, we reserve the right to exercise our discretion in determining whether we accept any proposed engagement.
A full refund will be given where the position is declined.
