We ask you to sign a deed of indemnity and then provide you with a power of attorney which is a private agreement showing that you have complete control over the company’s affairs and the normal director duties of the company.
Due to the sensitive nature of holding the position of director within a company, we reserve the right to exercise our discretion in determining whether we accept any proposed engagement.
A full refund will be given where the position is declined.
