Once you have purchased your ready made company, the process of taking ownership is very straight-forward.
Immediately following successful payment for your company will receive an email which contains a link to an online appointments form.
This is a simple form which merely requires you to enter the details on screen of each company director and secretary (should you choose) that you wish to have appointed in those positions.
In addition, you will need to specify who you wish the subscriber share transferred to. This can be a director, secretary, any other named person or another company, UK or otherwise.
Once the completed online form is submitted it is sent to us and we will then execute your instruction by making the necessary changes to the company’s personnel and sending these off electronically to Companies House.
Approval of the company officers usually takes between ten minutes and three working hours.
Upon receiving the notice that the changes have been approved, we will then send you the company’s memorandum and articles of association and the PDF certificate of incorporation.
We will also receive a Form 288a, Form 88(2) and Form PR1 form together with your personalised Companies House authentication code.
Whilst it is not usually necessary to use this forms immediately, we do send them to you so that you have them to hand if and when you decide to make further changes to your company.
