Using a highly knowledgeable and experienced practitioner to firstly certify that the memorandum and articles of association and the certificate of incorporation are true copies of the geretic records, these are then dispatched by recorded delivery to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to be legalised.

The price of the service includes all solicitor’s costs and fees chargeable by the legalisation service as well as the postal charges involved in both having the documents certified and apostilled.

Final outward transmission costs are free to all UK mainland districts and chargeable at standard cost for other countries and regions.

We use the Royal Mail tracking numbers so that you can view the progress of the documents and ensure that they reach their intended destination. The apostille process at the Foreign and Commonwealth office is normally executed in one day and then returned to us.
