Information is provided below on the dates over the Christmas and New Year 2009/2010 holiday where it will be possible for company registration applications to be sent to Companies House and be processed by them.
Details are also given on the type of support we offer over the period and how we will address any queries our customers might have.
For the first time this year Companies House will electronically incorporate companies on every day of the 2009 Christmas and New Year holiday season. This in effect means that companies can now be registered on the coveted 1st January date.

Although company registration applications can be submitted to Companies House the ability to investigate any issues might be curtailed on some days as the support functions which normally exist may not operate on some dates.
