Appointing a Company

The appointment of a company as a director, secretary or shareholders can be started by selecting these options as shown here and then by clicking the “continue” button.

On the following screen (as shown here), the purchaser is asked to name the appointee company together with the name of the person who is authorising it to act in that capacity.

The authorising person is usually the director or secretary of the appointee company and might not be someone who is associated with the new incorporation.

After completing these three entries and clicking on “continue” the online signature page together with the seven security questions appears.

Further details on the seven security questions and the rest of the appointments procedure can be found in the online signatures section.

Testimonials
I had been thinking about incorporating a company for some time but after reading your “Getting Started” page, I really thought that I had missed something.
I didn’t. I found it worked just as you described, nothing more, nothing less.
Angela, Cardiff.
