An application for dissolution is carried out on Form 652a which are freely available from Companies House.

The completed document should be signed by over 50% of the company directors where there are more than two such persons. In situations where there are less than three directors, all such persons are required to sign and date Form 652a.

The current fee require to apply for a dissolution is £10 and should be made payable to Companies House.

Testimonials
I had been thinking about incorporating a company for some time but after reading your “Getting Started” page, I really thought that I had missed something.
I didn’t. I found it worked just as you described, nothing more, nothing less.
Angela, Cardiff.
